This is a general call to arms. I am calling on Interactive Investor,London South East, ADVFN,Google finance,Yahoo finance and all internet private investors of ENCORE Oil to hold their Encore oil stock !
News is in! I repeat; News is in! For once get one over on the city of London by uniting and holding for a 150/200p price target that WILL be hit on a positive news release on Cladhan that is known to be about to break!

Thank you for the encouragement here on EO. And also for the Matra posts – unfortunately, I found it impossible to buy into Matra at any price today -a nd so went for EO instead. While there is considerable hostility towards this blog on iii, I find it a bit unreasonable – after all you’re giving people ideas, but it is still up to them to research their investments, and all I really look for in this blog is some ideas – names of companies that I may not have thought of and such like. After all, the blog is free too. I was in GKP, but have temporarily come out of that while the SP is going sideways – I know the risks of doing that – but you can’t stay invested everywhere… I hope you keep focused on the oil explorers – maybe you could expand that to RRR too, a mineral company after all. I certainly need all the help I can get when investing, and I can’t win all the trades, but I have won enough to be significantly up this year.

Great work Dan, your hitting them bang on just now! And one of your tweet’s whilst I was hovering over the sell button on NPE at £3.15 made me hold, a very wise move! Both NPE and EO are holding the gains so I see no point selling trying to make a few % gain when they keep heading upward.
On another note any idea’s about HAWK? It’s tanked to all time low’s on the director retiring which I think the mm’s have used to put fear in the market and manipulate it down?

Yeah totally agree. Its only a bit of envy and banter in the long run were all after the same goals some do freak out and go over the top but thats more of a knee jerk reaction me thinks Dan secretly enjoys the banter winding up some investors.

You do make me laugh with the way you write sometimes Dan. Totally agree that EO- is a hold for now & that we’ll smash £1.50 on Monday (assuming the RNS comes out). I’d love to see it go to £2+ though!!
As for the hostility on iii comment, I don’t really think there is. Yes, there is the odd user that makes negative comments, but then everyone gets that sort of thing now and again.
I got into eo and npe when you first mentioned them dan i did as you always tell us research them sold my nautical made 3k sold my encore made 1250 pounds i am absolutely gutted that i didnt hol as id of had over 14 grand now eee hawww what a donkey. strill over 4 grand is a nice comfort to me and the missus.
The iii pontificators are really funy tho’. I’m signed up there and LSE but have no particular affinity to either – but the amount of sl4gging off that goes on is unbelievable. It’s crystal clear they all troop over HERE to read and digest the blog and your views, then they go on the offensive and name-call and say you get the ideas from iii! As if anyone can even make sense of the total muddle of that place to start with! It’d be alright if you could actually FIND one good thread of factuality at iii!
The spite largely comes from disgruntled GKP people. Many are like a bird in a gilded cage and hate anyone else’s good fortune. They are a strange breed. One popped up on Rockhopper’s iii board last week with a futile snide comment about how RKH had nothing compared to GKP, wouldn’t we all be better invested there? Hmmm? I thought, yeah, good luck defusing those 9000 bombs, mate! If all we have to worry about is Botox Face then I’ll stick to the windier side of the Atlantic!
