There’s a lot of interest in the Markets of late regarding Takeovers in the Oil,Gas Mining sectors. Spoke to a few Brokers Thursday/Friday. Keep your eyes on Bowleven, Kenmare Resources, Afren (always talk of TO on Afren).
Dragon (controlled by Emirates National Oil (Dubai state-owned) are after Bowleven. Rio Tinto ( Huge Global greedy Multi-National) could come in for Kenmare & whenever the sector becomes frothy Afren usually rise.
Difficult to call but I’d expect Kenmare could go eventually & Bowleven could go quicker than the Markets think. Afren are just to difficult to express any definitive opinion due to the amount of times Takeover rumours have surfaced then died a death. Register now!
